All our customers have immediate access to the expertise of our highly qualified technical advisory staff, who are able to offer advice on any aspect of tiling. Our qualified consultants can also generate a free of charge detailed materials and methods specification for any tiling project. This comprehensive document includes complete technical instructions on curing times for substrates, background preparation, adhesive and grout systems, and tile panel movement joints.

Technical Investigation
TAL undertakes to investigate, at no extra cost, any technical problem where our products have been used. We will also investigate other product installation failures at a nominal charge. A member of our qualified technical team will scrutinise the problem on-site. Back in our laboratories a battery of tests will be run on samples taken from the site. The technical investigation service is designed to solve problems, in the interests of better quality tiling.
