URGENT PRODUCT RECALL: TAL GROUT SEALER

Customer safety is of vital importance to TAL and as a precautionary measure, we have taken the decision to voluntarily recall our TAL GROUT SEALER alternatively known as TAL GOLDSTAR GROUT SEALER. There have been 3 isolated incidents over the last 6 months where the product was not used in accordance with the prescribed directions i.e. with a face-mask and in a well-ventilated area. TAL has, therefore, decided to investigate the possible reformulation of the product as our first consideration is to safeguard customers.
All existing stock has been removed from our stockists.
Consumers who have purchased TAL GROUT SEALER are advised to return it to TAL and to contact them on 0860 000 825 for a full refund. A receipt is not required.
No other TAL products are affected. TAL has been trusted by tilers in South Africa for decades and we would like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused by our decision to recall the product.

DRINGENDE PRODUKHERROEPING: TAL GROUT SEALER

Kliënteveiligheid is van kardinale belang vir TAL en gevolglik het ons die vrywillige besluit geneem om ons TAL GROUT SEALER, ook bekend as TAL GOLDSTAR GROUT SEALER, as voorsorgmaatreël te herroep. Daar was drie geïsoleerde voorvalle oor die laaste ses maande waar die produk nie in ooreenstemming met die gebruiksaanwysings, m.a.w. met ’n gesigmasker en in ’n goed geventileerde omgewing, gebruik is nie. TAL het dus onderneem om ’n moontlike herformulering van die produk te ondersoek as eerste stap om die veiligheid van kliënte te verseker.
Alle bestaande voorraad is van ons leweransiers se rakke verwyder.
Kliënte wat TAL GROUT SEALER gekoop het, word aangeraai om dit aan TAL terug te besorg en hulle by 0860 000 825 te kontak vir volle terugbetaling. Geen kwitansie is nodig nie.
Geen ander TAL-produkte word hierdeur geraak nie. TAL word oor dekades heen deur teëllêers in Suid-Afrika vertrou en ons vra hiermee om verskoning aan al ons kliënte vir enige ongerief wat veroorsaak is deur ons besluit om die produk te herroep.
