TAL service delivery goes beyond product
Part of our ethos here at TAL South Africa, is not just delivering products specially developed for South African conditions, we also believe in going beyond the product, working to assist customers with practical solutions, training and technical advice on site. This can be highlighted by our involvement at a recently refurbished multi-story building in the Johannesburg CBD, where floors needed to be levelled before installation of the final floor covering.
Part of our service includes on-site monitoring by our technical team, which is how we can adapt and collaborate on solutions as they arose. During one of these site visits, our TAL representative noticed that the screed buckets, each filled with the specified mixing ratio of 2 x 22 kg bags of TAL Screedmaster Industrial and ten litres of water, was proving physically challenging for applicators working throughout the multi-storey building.
